Research Activities.

Now I'm working in a research project on“Case control study to examine the social and epidemiological impacts of long-lasting collars deployed during dog vaccination campaigns in Bangladesh”. It's a part of Rabies program of FAO ECTAD and Glasgow University in collaboration with DLS and DGHS.

(April, 2022 – March, 2023) Undergraduate Research Student Project Title: Molecular epidemiology of Neospora caninum from the brain of aborted sheep, goats, cattle, and buffaloes fetuses. Responsibilities: Sample collection (Aborted fetus, brain, heart, liver, feces), DNA extraction, PCR, Gel electrophoresis, Result generation & analysis, and Report writing. Department of Parasitology, Bangladesh Agricultural University.

• “KAP Study to Explore Human and Dog Relationship in Urban and Rural Settings” conducted by FAOBangladesh funded by USAID.
• Three years experience in Bacterial & Parasitic culture with the molecular study by DNA Extraction, PCR & Sequencing.
